🎯 Your Goal
Stay committed to the None to Run Plan or the Run to Race 5K/10K plans for 8 weeks (or a combination of the plans if you complete one midway through). It's that simple.

This challenge is about personal growth, not competition. Support fellow participants on their journey while challenging yourself.
Adjust the Plan as Needed
Repeating a week or taking a break due to potential injury is encouraged. The priority is to build momentum safely and enjoyably.
