Meet Coach Mark
Mark gets it, starting and sticking with running is hard. He built None to Run after watching beginner runners get hurt or quit because they followed programs that progressed too fast.
He's an RRCA Certified Distance Running Coach with a B.Sc. in Kinesiology from Simon Fraser University. None to Run has helped over 100,000 people start running, even if they've failed before.
