4 Weeks. 2 Runs Per Week. Free to join.
Weekly prizes + a grand prize.
October 1 – 31, 2026 · About 30 min per run, at your own pace
It's four weeks of accountability, movement, and connection as the days get shorter. It gives you a reason to get outside, instead of ending the day at a desk and then a screen.
As daylight decreases, it's easy to skip the run, stay on the couch, and doomscroll. Don’t wait until January to get back on track.
Weekly email check-ins mean you've got company right when isolation is easiest to fall into.
Thirty minutes of movement, twice a week, instead of thirty minutes on your phone at the end of the day.
If you're signed up, you're signed up. You don't have to already call yourself a runner either.
Follow your current None to Run plan, or try one of Emma Flynn's two workouts made just for the
Fall Back In Challenge.
Starts with a walking warm-up, builds into run/walk intervals that peak with a stronger push, then eases back down through a walking cool-down.
Five run/walk intervals at an easy pace, built for the days your tank is low, with room for one more push at the end if you've got it.

“"Let's get the hell outside this fall, because baby, we are SO back."— Emma Flynn
Like many of us, Emma started Couch to 5K multiple times, and it never stuck. She thought running wasn't for her. Then, in summer 2023, she decided to try again — and found None to Run. She started documenting her running journey and inspired other beginner runners who didn't look like every runner on their social feed to start too.
Emma's relationship with running looks like a lot of ours: she picks it up, takes breaks, picks it back up. She's not focused on races right now, just movement that fits her life.
