What's this study all about?
We're collaborating with Edge Hill University to better understand the experiences of beginner runners using the None to Run program. This research will help improve running programs and support more people in successfully starting their running journey.
Who can participate?
You're eligible if you're:
- 18 years or older
- Starting Week 1 of the None to Run Beginner Plan
- Able to read and understand the study information
What's involved?
Your participation would include:
- Initial Survey (~10 minutes): Information about you and your running background
- Weekly Check-ins (~5 minutes each): Quick updates on your runs and any discomfort
- 12-Week Survey (~10 minutes): Follow-up at the end of the program
- 6-Month Survey (~30 minutes): A final check-in six months later
Total time commitment: Less than 2 hours over the entire study period
