Last run at my beautiful Jersey shore for a while! Wondering what constitutes a steady pace? First K was all over the place (10:20, 10:40, 9:38, 9:58, then it settled to between about 9:50 and 10:20 per K. Felt harder than my 6K the other day and may not bode well for a 10 minute K race next month but it is what it is. Happy running!
